In 2020, Lisa Kretschmann founded Re-Focus Coaching & Consulting to combine her extensive experience in association management with her passion for personal development. She works as a project and management consultant for federations, provides trainings and coaching to enhance the functioning and growth of associations as well as to support individuals to reach new goals. Lisa has a proven track record of building extensive networks from scratch, increasing visibility, and driving impactful global solutions. With a deep interest in people and organizations, Lisa excels in understanding, motivating, and engaging members and stakeholders. She is an ICF certified coach, graduate of the (ICF) Transition Excellence program, the Natural Success coaching training and the co-creator of Unapologetic, a program designed to amplify the impact and leadership of women. She works in English, French and German.
