One of the unique and challenging aspects of serving as an association executive is building an effective partnership with your volunteer leadership.  As the staff leader, you are often the continuity in the organization, but you also work for the board – a group that changes every year.  Sometimes they are great partners, sometimes, there are challenges. 

This session provides an opportunity to hear about effective practices that have be useful in building an effective partnership with volunteer leadership, gain insights from the experience of others, and ask questions about your unique circumstances in a safe space.
